1. ABOUT US
Living with Pixies is a UK-based sole trader business creating and selling handmade jewellery and accessories.

2. PRODUCTS
All items sold by Living with Pixies are handmade. As a result, slight variations in colour, size, finish, and appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent items as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings.
3. PRICING
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Acceptance of your order occurs when your item is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
5. DELIVERY
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Under UK consumer law, customers generally have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition where reasonably possible.
Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
7. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs where applicable.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including photographs, product descriptions, logos, branding, and designs, remains the property of Living with Pixies and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
9. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights available to consumers under UK law.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
